2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use this Service. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access some features, including Point Packages, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to features, enabling basic resume creation. Advanced features and AI-powered tools require points from our Point Packages.

5. Point Packages

If you choose to purchase points, payments are securely processed via Stripe. By purchasing points, you agree to:

• Point Packages: Points are sold in packages and are consumed as you use AI features. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method. Points are non-refundable once purchased.
• Point Usage: Points are consumed when using AI features such as resume enhancement, cover letter generation, and AI interviews.

6. Point Package Terms

Points purchased are valid indefinitely and do not expire. You can use your points at any time to access AI-powered features.

7. Changes to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to change the Service or adjust pricing for future point packages. Changes will not affect already purchased points.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to AI Resume Builder are owned by us. You agree not to infringe on these rights.
